Joe Brusic was raised in Yakima and attended local schools before graduating from the University of Washington in 1985. He received his B.A. in History and then attended the University of Puget Sound School of Law in Tacoma. Joe returned to Yakima and began working for the Yakima County Prosecutor’s office in January 1991. Joe is currently serving his second term after being reelected in 2018.
