In 2026, State Fair Park will host two weekends of racing: June 13-14 and Aug. 15-16, which will double the fun from the inaugural event. The format remains the same, with a full day of qualifications each Saturday and elimination rounds and finals on each Sunday — all racing against the clock. Sprint boat racing is one of the most unique motorsports in the world. With a course that consists of a three-foot-deep channel, 20 feet wide, filled with water, winding throughout a series of islands. Spectators will enjoy the action from grassy, terraced berms, VIP viewing areas, all behind safety fencing for optimal visibility and comfort.
